Stochastic synchronization in a fully connected network. These results have been obtained with the exact non-linear equations in (2.1) for \(10\mbox{,}000\) trials. The parameters used in the simulation have been chosen according to the constraint (10.3), while for the sources of randomness we have \(\sigma=0.01\) and \(C^{ (0 )}=C^{ (1 )}=C^{ (2 )}=0\). In the example with \(I^{c}=-1\), the figure shows that correlation gets closer and closer to one with a speed that depends on the number of neurons N in the system (left), and also stochastic synchronization as a function of \(I^{c}\) in a network with \(N=8\) (right)
